The Ontario Asphalt Pavement Council (OAPC) Confirms that:

KING PAVING & CONSTRUCTION – John Hutter. Burlington Asphalt Plant – 1077 Howard Rd – Was Trillium Awarded in 2022 Most Recent Recertification:

“Per OAPC Trillium Award requirements, recertification applicants which have elapsed more than 3 years will require a written letter stating they remained in good standing over that period. Plants that have allowed their certification to elapse more than 5 years will be required to resubmit as a new applicant”
